Quality Wire Products Co W.L.L manufactures and supplies wire mesh with precise mesh opening and these wire mesh rolls are supplied either in rolls or in cut to panel sizes. We have more than 16 Weaving Machine which are of different types and sizes to manufacture various types of wire mesh products and we produce and export approximately 2Million sq.mtr of wire mesh per annum.

Quality
Precise opening is very critical in achieving the desired separation in any of the manufacturing process.
All our wire mesh products are manufactured with maximum precision as per international standards to ensure precise opening and after making these mesh the same is straightened and calendared through straightening machines to ensure flatness of the wire mesh. Special cleaning is done on the surface of the wire mesh to remove the impurities and then the rolls are inspected for any defects and then packed and transported to the customer.

During the entire process strict quality control is maintained to ensure our products are free from any manufacturing defects.
With in house testing facility for testing the chemical composition of the material each and every lot is checked with PMI testing and the same is noted down as lot numbers and batch numbers to ensure traceability at the later stages.
Inventory/ Shipment
With wide range of wire mesh products manufactured and supplied in the above mesh specifications we maintain minimum stock level on our mesh products which allow us to pack and ship the goods immediately upon order confirmation. This immediate shipment concept works very well in many of the critical applications where by our customers are immensely benefit as this helps in reducing our customers down time.
